Courtyard by Marriott Stuart

This was one of our best hotels during our vacation. The rooms were spacious very comfy and elegant. The customer service staff was excellent. They also had coffee I believe is Starbucks type which my mom and husband really looked forward to. Would return again in the future and many blessings for 2026.

I recently stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott, and overall, it was a positive experience. Despite checking in at 1 a.m., the process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access, but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't noisy at all. As a Titanium member, I didn't receive a room upgrade, but considering my late check-in and one-night stay, I didn't expect one. The room was clean and comfortable, and my stay was pleasant. A solid choice for a quick, convenient stopover.

We stayed here for a week and a majority of the evenings here we were greeted and tended to with phenomenal service and hospitality from Alyssa. We had an excellent suite, excellent accommodations and a wonderful time. Highly recommend this establishment.

I loved my room and the person that checked us in was a nice person (look for Eric very nice person) loved this location crackle barrel right next door and the pool and hot tub was amazing go in the hot tub then the pool if you like cold water that gets warmer

We absolutely love the hotel, the best part about it was Alyssa at the Check In Desk. We had just driven 15 hours and were very ready to unpack and relax and she made the process quick, easy, and professional. I could give her compliments all day, she was amazing. The fire pit is warm and inviting, elevators quick and felt sturdy, (a plus for me I get motion sickness.) The room gets nice and cold, bathroom is clean and water pressure great. Ice Machine worked perfect and I can get Netflix on my TV. Easy Parking. Cookies were yummy. Lots of clothing storage. Bed is comfy, just overall a great stay!

I was very impressed by the customer service from the front desk person Alyssa. I initially had an issue because the air-conditioning in my room wasn’t working. She very quickly and courteously assigned me a different room, which was perfect. I really appreciate it.

I had a bad experience at a different Marriott hotel in town, checked out early, and moved to this place. I could not be happier. The room is clean, the place is nice and Dawn the service associate in the restaurant was beyond friendly. It’s the little things people do and she probably doesn’t even realize it but she turned my day around. The girl at check in (I think Olivia) was also so nice. What a stark difference from my experience this morning at a “nicer” local Marriott.

Stayed here twice over the last year. Rooms had massive amounts of dust on corners and under furniture and AC units so loud I either ask for new room or shut it off and sweat due to noise. Front desk person only at station about 50% of the time. Huge shout out to Laura at the Bistro who when she was working did an excellent job of service but any other time it was 40min to an hour wait for simple food and good luck finding a server who knows how to use the POS system to checkout. Ended up having to charge most stuff to my room and then reimburse the company. Pool was a little dirty. Atmosphere was great, Wi-Fi was great, location and convenience was great. The service just needs a kick in the pants.
